Welcoming Fleas, I recently received an email from Buzz Bingo telling me that there will be some changes coming, changes that could affect the way you play. If you’ve missed the email, you’re probably wondering what the changes will be, so let me enlighten you. Three major changes will be rolled out on Monday 17thg August, as well as one allowing you to view your online balance in the club you’re visiting!
When an email like this comes in, I instantly start to wonder if the zero wagering requirements guarantee will be bumped on the head. Will we now have to meet hefty play through terms to cash out? Will there be fees on withdrawals? No more free bingo games? Don’t panic guys, everything we love about Buzz Bingo is set in stone, and there are no plans for a bulldozer to come in and change that any time soon!
So, what are these changes? Your Buzz Bingo club finds will be given the same level of protection as your online bingo funds. Changes on how your use your bingo account are coming too! From midnight on the 17th, one secure account will allow players to use their account both online and offline and they are even promising more flexible ways to pay. Additional banking methods will be at your disposal and a huge focus has been made on responsible gambling.
Deposit limits that you may have in place online will now also be rolled out across the high street chain of bingo clubs in the UK, and this means you won’t be able to spend more than you stated limit! Until now, you could reach your limit online and pop into club and spend even more; this is a great change if you ask me!
Keeping with the responsible gaming topic, the third and final change is in the form of more self-exclusion options. The new rules will now allow players to self-exclude from Buzz Bingo online, from the bingo clubs or both!
Once the new rules are in place, all players, whether that be online or in-club, will be required to read and accept them. Kings sports betting app. Once the new features have been rolled out to the clubs, your ‘Bingo Buddy’ and touch pads will request you do the same. Now, you don’t have to accept them, “but you won’t be able to deposit or play with Buzz Bingo until you do.”
What happens if you don’t agree? Buzz do offer some advice: “If you want to reject the changes and close your account, please email Customer Services on support@buzzbingo.com or via live chat from Monday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm.”
